Social & Emotional Resources 

Community Counseling:  Offers counseling services (individual, couples, family, child, teen, etc.) to help service members and their families in a wide range of needs such as anxiety, anger management, grief/loss, adjustment issues, and behavior concerns.  They offer walk in/same day appointments.

Exceptional Family Members Program (EFMP): EFMP helps service members with managing the special needs of a family member.  Special needs can be any diagnosed physical, intellectual, or emotional need that requires specialized medical or education services.

FOCUS Project: Families OverComing Under Stress (FOCUS) provides resilience training to military children, families, and couples.  It teaches practical skills to help families and couples over come common challenges related to military life by enhancing communication, problem solving, and goal setting skills.

New Parent Support Program: Team of licensed social workers, couselors, and registered nurses who provide educational and support services to military failies preparing for parenthood or have at least one child age 5 or under.

Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLC): Licensed professional mental health counselors who provide up to 12 sessions of non-medial solution focused "counseling" to military service members and their families.  The program is confidential and no records are kept.
